In overall, the place is gorgeous, has caring and extremely helpful staff on night shift. The hotel is in the central location in good location for public transport. Every time we stay in Brisbane, like to stay here.
The bathrooms are very small.

Location: the hotel was not far from trains as well as Cruise terminal and town centre via sea side walk. There was Cove Bar & Dining, located nearby, where we relaxed. The absolutely beautiful and delightful stuff members on night shift provided a few recommendations.

I had a great stay here! The location was absolutely perfect, right across from Southbank and close to multiple hospitals. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, even upgrading my room upon check-in. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including a sink, free toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace, as well as the fantastic restaurant and bar/lounge area. this place really exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
